Absolutely love the place. Favorite joint on the mountain. Due to low beer prices and great smoked brisket, this place is my go-to. I like the brisket mac, and I recommend you get that for first timers. Its a really filling value. Or you can do a 2 to 3 meat plate. I considered switching it up and doing that once, good meal option to split with someone though. For condiments, do not forget to grab the carolina bbq sauce, its the mustard based one. It is easily one of my favorite sauces. The beer is cheap for coors or ppr and the ipa is 7 bucks usually (for hazy) or theres another ipa option for 8. One time the guy upgraded me to the premium ipa for free because I'm sekzi.

Eagle BBQ at Copper Mountain Resort is one of the absolute best ski resort village food spots. We've been coming here for years for the great brisket, cavatappi mac, and now, the chicken! So tender you can cut it with a fork. Their house made sweet and spicy BBQ sauces are on point! Just what you need to warm up after a long day on the slopes. Also, best drink prices for any resort spot.

Great place with friendly service! Very accommodating for one in our party with gluten allergies. The guy preparing our food even changed his gloves, so there was no cross-contamination. They were running out of chicken so they offered a different choice at no charge. Delicious food! We had the brisket, smoked chicken, sausage, and mac and cheese. Everything was amazing!

Literally the best damn briskit at 10k feet let alone prolly the best damn bar and bartender. Sit slope-side and enjoy that refreshingly cool alpine air and ice-cold Pacifico while the purest sunlight keeps you upbeat and warm. You might just see an Eagle spying for scraps, sadly there won't be any... the BBQ here is @wardstr

Best BBQ in Summit County. The meat is always tender, delicious and the classic BBQ sauce is great.

They had 30 minutes left to open but my kid really wanted fries. They let us come in and had the fries done with 15 minutes. My 10 year old kid said i rate this place 10/10.

My friend and I stopped in here for a light dinner and drinks and we had a great experience! We really wanted wings which we didn’t see on the menu, but one of the workers, Jeff, went out of his way to find some and cooked them up for us! He even let us sample some of the other meats and sauces so we could truly decide what we wanted. I’m quite picky when it comes to barbecue so I really appreciated that! The wings and sauce were awesome, and even came with some veggies. Pictured here is the 6 piece wings and a small Mac and cheese. Prices are also fairly affordable for Copper.

Pretty Good. Pulled pork was tender and moist without a lot of fat. Price had a 20 sticker shock, but everything at Copper Mountain ain't cheap. They did have a 5 special for PBR which was nice. Fries were very crispy as well.
